Margo Crawford, Associate

Margo is a litigator with experience in complex business matters, including privacy, cybersecurity (data breaches), and class actions.

During law school, Margo was an active leader with associations, clinics, and journals covering business law, intellectual property, internet policy, public interest law, and civil rights. Margo served as Vice President of the McGill Business Law Association. She was a legal intern for the Samuelson-Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic where she interpreted trademark and copyright cases as well as encryption technology policies and best practices. She served as the Editor and Vice President of Contours, a feminist law journal. Margo was a pro bono student for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, working on biometric security and e-banking regulations.

Margo is active in the legal community as a member of the San Francisco Bay Area Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
